A lot of splendid and historically important Medieval works of literature are anonymous. How unfortunate, that nowadays we cannot remember the authors with all the well-deserved respect. The works of Medieval literature also show the lifestyle of that time, the relations between a bondman and aristocracy, knights and princesses, mystical creatures like dragons, the perception of time, the idea of how the world is created, and who has the rights to rule in a kingdom or even in all the world (as far as it was discovered at that time).
