Labour Law
From its origins, labour law has been concerned to establish employment status as the main factor around which entitlements would be developed. It was assumed to involve –
permanent, full-time employment,
employment relationships regulated by labour law, with the contract of employments as the pivot,
the presence of a single entity employer accountable for the obligations placed upon employers.
