5.0CONCLUSION
I feel that the managing change unit would benefit me when I start full time work after university. The reason being is that I found that It helped me realize of change and also it help me to monitor my own personal performance. By monitoring my own personal performance it will help me change and develop myself accordingly. I feel that the items I want to improve in the future will come down to the experience I get. In some cases it might take time for me to develop certain aspect of my action plan, but I will have to patient.
I found that the second stage of the unit, I had problems working in a huge group. The reason why I feel our group did not really function was because of the size and students coming to one session and missing the next one. This was also the reason why we didn't find one particular group leader.
To conclude this unit I can say I have enjoyed working with different people, also I have become better friends with some of the group. In the future I intend to become one of the main leader of the group.
