Overview the whole situation, we have done very well in the past, and expect to be the best in the future. According to our resource, culture and experience, we successfully created our own way of business, which is based on natural environment. In the next five years we should still follow our way of business as well as vision, value and mission and link the strategies above to challenge difficulties and achieve goals. The main point is to expand. Expand the consumer market, expand the attractions. Kaikoura need to develop a diversiform tourism industry rather than a only-whale place.
