In place of junk food you better must start eating vegetables and food that’s made naturally and eat normally and take all meals, starting with breakfast with oat, flakes and, of course, you have to follow your personal hygiene what is important after trainings.
If you don’t know how it is to live healthy you can also take example from mass media commercials , where you can get some starting information about what kind of food to chose and how to keep your hygiene up.
And one of the last thing what is important for health is rest, you can’t overload yourself with all kind of activities for your body. There has to be a perfect balance between sport activities and rest. Sleep is the main ways how person can relax from pressure and relax his muscles. Sleep can’t be too long and to short, I think optimal sleep is amount 8 hours, when I can feel comfortable and get enough sleep.
Mainly to keep self fit and healthy you must start to eat healthy , do a lot of sports and also sleep enough, I know these thinks and I try to follow them too.
