Chief Seattle, one of the greatest leaders of the 1800's. Born on 1786 and died on 1866, he lived his life out as the Chief of the Suquamish and Duwamish tribes. Seattle's best traits as chief were his wisdom, power, and his peaceful ways which resolved the problems around him.
