Racism is defined as "the belief that race accounts for differences in human character or ability and that a particular race is superior to others" by www.dictionary.com. In the novel To Kill A Mocking Bird, written by Harper Lee the conflict of racism is evident amongst the citizens of Maycomb, Alabama.
