The current system and the new system need to work using a dual system until the department is satisfied that the project is working sufficiently. The data base manager will help with the conversion before the installation begins. Network analyst and programmer will handle installing the servers and the backup software. The software will be installed and the interface manager and operations analyst will handle going over operations of the system with the software company. The software will be brought in and the interface manager will work with the company and staff to ensure that the project is up and working properly before the company leaves. Once the software is in place and running, the staff previously trained should be entering current information to see if the software works properly.
