How could we name the human who don’t want learn other than the mother tongue? To some extent this is selfishness, and Nazism. Such a person has set itself the border and do not want to go through it. Other people vote for the adoption their language as a national language just because they do not know other languages, so in this way happens a division of society, just because of language.
