4.5 - Place
The first importance thing when I analyse the distribution aspects is the fact that there is no easy access to information about delivery (the customer must want to know first the security and delivery conditions).
There is also relatively few information about shipping and return policy. These information are displayed everywhere on the website and the customer has to fight to be confident in the delivery options and prices.
The customer can choose during the order the way he wants to be delivered. He has to define which service is the best for him according geographical factors and the time within he wants to receive is product.
Shipping options are the following:
Inside US - with FedEX 2 days = 30 dollars
Inside US - Next day = 70 dollars (no supplier name)
Inside US - Cheapest 3 to 5 days = 6.95 dollars
Outside US shipping = 55 dollars (no supplier name)
Canada 3 days= 18 dollars (no supplier name)
There are also some taxes which evolve, within US, according the state. Additional services hopefully enlarge the place policy. All packages, for example, are delicately packed (satisfaction guaranteed).
