In this essay I would like to raise the problem of the road accidents connected with alcohol drinking. We have to decide this problem somehow, because too many innocent victims are under the threat of being injured or even killed. We have to answer the question why does it happen soften and whose fault it is. Could we call people who drink and drive criminals or they are just affected by commercials on TV.…
