Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland represents child’s struggle to survive in the confusing world of adults. In order to understand the “adult world” Alice has to overcome the adventures she encounters in Wonderland, or perhaps in her own dream?
The plot of this story is about a girl named Alice, she falls down a rabbit hole which leads her to enter this fantasy world, which is filled with odd and bizarre beings.
At the age where I am at the moment, I found this book strangely interesting, however, just a few years back I would have loved it because of the interesting plot and the characters.
What I liked the most was how each character symbolised a hyperbolic idea of different types of people we encounter throughout our lives. For example, the wit and intelligence of the Cheshire cat reminded me of those old people, who often have an intelligent, yet mysterious mindset as well as a calm presence.…
