Dear congressman,
Today on August 7th 1964 my fellow colleagues in Congress have made a terrible decision to vote yes for the Gulf of Tonkin resolution. The Gulf of Tonkin resolution is a resolution that states the Congress approves and supports the determination of the President, as Commander in Chief, to take all necessary measures to repel any armed attack against the forces of the United States and to prevent further aggression.
