Some people believe that some of Mark Twain's writings such as The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn should be banned because they use words such as "nigger."
Twain doesn't use the word "nigger" to be racist. He uses it because it was used in everyday conversation as a reference to African Americans during the period that the book takes place.
