In the poem “The more loving one” the lyrical hero speaks of unrequited love. The metaphor of the stars is used; they are compared with lovers who do not feel the same for people, who are in love with them. He also says that if the stars disappear, then he will be able to come to terms with his feelings after a while.
The poem is important because we all once fell in love not mutually or broke up with loved ones. …
