Jamaican locals had been pressuring us since the minute we walked off the plane, but we were afraid. The horror stories about Americans in Jamaica usually keep anyone from traveling to a remote location in the heart of this foreign land. The rewards were gratifying though, a first hand look at marijuana in its growth state, and not just one or two plants, fields of it. I smoke pot, not nearly to the extent of many, but more than some.
