Between two richest families in Verona, MONTAGUE and CAPULET, dominates the longstanding odium. Nobody really remembers the real cause of this enmity. Mutually feuds not only members of the families but even housekeepers. In senseless death, in a duel, died Romeo’s best friend- MERCUTIO, who was complete opposite Romeo. Mercutio was full of brilliant wisecracks. He is Shakespeare’s fictional and Shakespeare’s opinions bright reflection. When he dies, shadows become thicker and blacker.
When, the young representatives of these families, Romeo and Juliet, for the first time meets, they fall in love with each other. Everyone warns them that their relationships will bring no good, because the odium, between Montague and Capulet, is too strong.
Romeo before meeting Juliet lives in sweetish and mournful romanticism dream. But then, suddenly, Juliet shatters him, with her beauty and obvious love. That pules out Romeo from his passive temper and wakes up his soul.
