The place that most fully embodies the beauty of classic Scottish nature is the Glencoe Valley. This ancient volcanic valley with a dark history is picturesquely framed by mighty green mountains, the tops of which are often shrouded in clouds. National Geographic magazine once declared the Isle of Skye the fourth most beautiful island in the world. In addition, Mount Ben Nevis, 1,344 meters, is Britain's highest peak and is sought after by countless hikers.
In conclusion, Scotland truly deserves its celebrity and recognition. I would say that some people associate the UK more with Scotland and not with any other more “British” region. Scotland has many special traditions of people and incredible landscapes of nature.
