This market is strong and regulated, and the competitors will not turn on the green light for you. For example, if in country is one leading electricity company ‘’Latvenergo’’, than there is no place to other company. On the other side it’s very hard to exit from market. There is a lot of service, which is very important for society. For example, ‘’Latvenergo’’ or ‘’Rīgas satiksme’’. They cannot exit from market, because it will destroy all system in our country. Everyone will feel discomfort and can ruin usual habits. It can stop everything, because we are dependent on these companies.
The last thing which is important in perfect competition is homogeneous. Everything looks the same, without cool packaging. For costumers it will be easier to choose product, and costumers will not pay for packaging and brand, but for quality. It is most important, because I think I should pay for quality, not for brand and popularity. Sadly, at this moment in our market it doesn’t work.
