Employee comparison method
It should be clear performance criteria, all have been informed before about them.
This method is a good motivator. Nobody wants to be bottom of the list. However, anyone can be offended.
Method suffers from - difficult to compare one person to another. This method is the people of a single model, but does not take into account the diversity of their personalities. So valued properties that are important for a particular job performance.
