From the information gathered in the previous paragraphs, CCAS can compile an effective structured training program. Then all the employees of the company would participate in the program. Evaluations are done last, but CCAS would develop them the same time that they structure the program. Evaluations will measure whether the training program has led to improved employee behavior and job performance. Evaluations will also monitor the program in order to provide continuous updates maintaining the program. Modifications and adjustments can then be implemented. CCAS would first test a control group that has not received training in order to compare them against the trained employees. The control group will allow CCAS to see how effective the training really is working.
