Keeping customer flying again, and to maintain repeated purchases, is an important part of any business. So to keep passengers traveling again, travel programs need to be designed and incorporated to ensure high loyalty and satisfaction. Such programs may include frequent flier mileage programs, which keep track of miles traveled by each individual passenger. Such inexpensive budget programs can be used on special routs to ensure maximum traveling on certain time of the year. One of the new rules in business today is making money by giving things away, such as giving away the razor to sell more blades. Programs such as take a friend, or a spouse free when traveling to specific destinations are examples of such programs that induce more travelers to fly more often.
