Multi-vitamins and iron are two very important parts of our daily diets. Anemia is an iron deficiency in your red blood cells. Iron can be found in meats, like beef, amino acid foods, such as green vegetables, and even supplementary multi-vitamins or iron pills.
As you can see iron is a very important part of society and our everyday life. We need iron to function correctly, when it comes to foods and nutrition and even materials. Iron is in steel, in vitamins and even in hemoglobin. We need to consume enough iron for a day in all different ways.
