At the final part of the work I will describe what kind of challenges company face while using Social media to interract with customers. First of all, the main challenge for a company is to deal with privacy and security asspects, by creating safe system. Nowadays there are a lot of cyber criminals who are choosing business owners as targets for social media attacts. And the thing that users hate the most is privacy and security violations. Second of all, company needs to deal with diversity concerning people from different geographies, cultures, religions and ethnicities. Very often, businesses find it difficult to cope with such diversities and culture clashes. And thirdly final challenge for company to successfully implement social media into daily activities is to maintain healthy relationships with their custumers in a long-term period. Company can do that by sustaining it’s high standarts when it is dealing with customers.
To sum up nowadays it is vital for organization to use social media, because it allows organization to keep in touch with it’s customers all the time. By using social media company can get more feedbacks from it’s customers and these feedbacks can help company to improve it’s products or services.
