Of course there is some truth in dr. Sheila’s opinion, especially about that the high rates can cause that some companies will move their head offices to other places.
In my opinion countries in European Union have write policy to make all rates more or less similar, that companies don’t need to move production or call centers anywhere, but still there are many loopholes witch must be removed.
