Such a question as “should children be whipped?” should not exist at all and if it does it should be purely rhetorical and have only one answer- no! Nowadays when crime and aggression is all around us- on TV, in the streets, families schools etc., we should think how to improve this situation, how to reduce negations and increase positivism.
