The experts think there will be an enormous skills deficiency in North America. Technology is part of the reason however an additional factor also may give a skills shortage: aging baby boomers. The next generation of workers is a much smaller group than the baby boomers. So as the boomers retire, there won't be enough skilled people to fill the jobs the baby boomers are vacating.
