Application of real estate (hereinafter referred to as REA) is an allowed kind of use of real property [3]. Application of real estate component out of four – number, which marked use.

purposes of cadastral valuation;
taxation with Real Estate Tax;
stocktaking of real property [3].
This numbers ro make use in wholw state – Latvia. At this moment in Latvia that number is forty and apiece number are importance.
Documents certifying legally commenced kind of REA are wery much, fore example, land boundary map, land lease agreement, if the land unit is rented, construction plan and other documents.
When calculating the cadastral value of a land plot, one must take into account the REA established for the given real iestate. Consequently, when revising REA, the cadastral value of the land changes accordingly [3]. So, this number are very important.
