Individuals can decide to improve the issue by making an effort to reduce waste from their homes and recycling. Through this the state of the environment can improve and the human impact is lessened.
Arguably, not enough is being done to enforce waste disposal is done in an environmentally friendly method and that there are certain restrictions to the amount of waste that is dumped.
