VII. Implementing our Decision
To implement our decision, we suggest that National set limits on key variables that will trigger warning to the company such as setting limitation on their warranty costs, setting a target for their sales, and setting budget for their target profit. Any variance in the set standards or limitations should set a warning to the company that something is wrong and that such deviations from what has been planned may imply that some of the processes in place may not be working at all. Thus, contingency measures should be taken to ensure that the company is still on the right track to achieving its goals and objectives.
