Must be within the age group of 18-60
Must weigh a minimum of 45 kgs
Have a blood pressure in the range of 160/90 to 110/60
Have a normal pulse rate between 60 to 100 per minute
Hemoglobin content must be a minimum of 12.5
Should not be on any drugs
Should not have any disease that can be transmittable through blood transfusions
