Conclusion
Kudler Foods should re-prioritize their strategic objectives and start from the bottom with increasing efficiency in inventory and customer value prior to expanding its services or adding frequent shopper programs. By increasing and creating new facets for market research, Kudler Foods may find that the service additions may not be necessary for building their customer relations. Improving on the customer service traits that the customer as already identified in the surveys may be all that is needed to increasing loyalty and profitability of consumers. This could be a huge savings for Kudler Foods.
