V. CLOSING SUMMARY:
As a company of a large selection of cleaning products we want to set an image to our customers. We want to make sure that they see what we see as our image. To make buying our products as easy as possible, save them time to do other things, and to save them money. The channels that we have selected will make this image possible. The internet saves the consumer time and is convenient for them and easy. We also give them a fair chance to view other people's products while selling ours in retail store. They can compare and see what great products we have available. We also want to make sure that we are pleasing the consumer by still giving that personal customer service in the retail channel. To motivate this channel we overall want to communicate with all of the distributors and have good relationships, stay positive and respect their opinions on everything. The ChannelSUITE® software will help to analyze our market, be more efficient, and be able to be organized and not have the same information repeated over and over. It will help in our reports in our sales figures, customer satisfaction, and our profit margins. …
