Inter-organizational relations include the issue of federalism and intergovernmental relations, which in general are being compared in-between. Some people suppose that an intergovernmental relation is just another term for federalism, but it is not quite accurate opinion.
In formal sense, a federal system means a contrast to unitary or centralized system. A federal system divides power between central government and regional governments, or states, provinces, cantons and lands. Federal system states for instance are – United Sates, Canada, Switzerland and Germany. Their each central or regional government is legally supreme in its own area of jurisdiction.
Forming a common political, social or economic system between states, regions or provinces, the main factor of successful action is inter-organizational and intergovernmental relationships on administrative or juridical level. …
