As a result, Europeans, who emphasize on their goal and accomplishment, are considered as individualism, self-discipline, and they believe in the principle 'you are on your own'. Otherwise, Asians, regarded as collectivism, have a very high power distance, contains more feminism and more uncertainty avoidance comparing to Western countries. In the conclusion, the research has shown that culture affects individuals' perception and also conducts human behavior following the social group that possibly creates bias towards other differing values.
Although people in certain parts of the world are different in terms of the background, tradition, norm and so on, all of us potentially cross that divergence and cement friendship by effective communication. …
