7. CONCLUSION
The total scenario as seen from the result obtained and analysis done is quite positive about motivating in IT,BPO and Insurance sector. Motivating plays an important role in above industries as all off them , working is result oriented. A constant push is necessary to work at a consistent level.
This push is given by organization itself, by colleagues, by employees themselves. Organizations are using different techniques for motivation and employees are also satisfied with it.
Job satisfaction is the most important factor for motivation which overall 85% while.
People join these sectors mainly for money (38%) and their own interest (19%) in the particular area above all these they find these sector full of opportunities (84%) in the near future.
As far as all the above sectors, in the IT and BPO work environment facilities , work culture is quite pleasant. Small facilities like transport, food motivate people in a large manner.
