Requirements – Designers
Prior experience or appropriate education in design field (e.g. Art Academy of Latvia students);
Good knowledge in oral Latvian and Russian;
Ability to acquire new knowledge and skills;
Design program skills (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Flash, Adobe Fireworks, CorelDraw) at a professional user level;
Ability to organize working time and deadline schedules independently;
Ability to think “out of the box”/conceive new ideas;
Initiative and conscientious attitude to work;
Ability to cooperate and work in a team;
Portfolio with Web design, Flash banners, printing and digital printing work samples.
Duties – Designers
Setting up, installing, developing designs (online, industrial, environmental, infographics) as of customers’/projects’ needs;
Adaptation of graphic templates to different formats and needs;
Work with website and selling material design, banners, etc.;
Cooperation with Project planning department to bring marketing expertise in company’s projects;
Work with graphic programmes;
Preparation of graphic designs for printing, layout design.
