This is understandable when compared to Hofstede's masculinity index which was 52 for the Arab worlds. If we are too look at the results factors both leadership styles are acceptable in the organization culture under difference circumstance and gender.
Conclusion
In this article I have critically analyzed the concept of transformational and servant leadership. Transformational leadership is more suited towards dynamic environments and servant vice versa. Even though the authors have made many claims that the only difference among servant leadership and transformational leadership was that of the focus of the leader, though it was not according to other authors and available facts. Thus it can be mentioned that the Transformational Leadership and Servant Leadership are not at all that similar although further study is still required to prove the argument.
