A good way of ensuring that the team achieves their goals is to empower them; this gives them responsibility as a team to achieve things the best and fastest way possible.
With a good result or outcome, the team members will be more motivated to work efficient.
They will take part ownership in ideas and do everything necessary to achieve the goal or objective for the team or the company.
They can also be given rewards as a team for good performance such as an activity or a dinner sponsored by the company.
This rewards them for good work, but also strengthen the group dynamics and their team morale.
4.) Keep Training on regular basis and produce Documents stating training.
Training records are necessary for keeping the training on a regular basis and also as a proof to worksafe if an injury occurs and they come to inspect the workplace.
