Arthur Reed has been in the grocery business for 20 years. He has worked his way up with Blue Grocery Stores and now has a position of warehouse supervisor. Arthur's shift run smooth until the summer months, at which time, vacations, sick days, and call-ins increase due to the nice weather. Arthur has tried used temporary workers with little to no success due to the short notice that Arthur receives when one of the full time staff does not show up. With summer just months away, Arthur needs a new plan to ensure that that Blue Grocery Stores will operate smooth year-round.
