Ideology is a system of belief reflecting the social needs and aspirations of an individual, group, class, or culture. It is a set of doctrines or beliefs that form the basis of a political, economic, or other system that results in change. Ideologies acts as a catalyst to motivate, encourage and shape the forces of change in Cuba.
