Motivation for the maximization of personal aspirations of staff identification with the organization's objectives. Advanced form of motivation can be understood as a set theme, which encourages people to act and take the form of need, desire and willingness, as well as a process that encourages employees to work to achieve the purpose (personal and organizational). (Ukulovs V., Mass A., 2006).
"Motivation is a defined set of measures to encourage people to act in a certain direction. In other words, motivation is the internal driving force, the force that makes people strive for certain goals, in order to meet their own needs." (Vadīšanas pamati, 2006)
For a man would take a certain job, he should be the motives - psychological, intellectual and physiological.
Sound and reasoned motivations are distinguished by high efficiency, it encourages people to run the organization in the desired direction, while enabling them to achieve their life goals, including material well-being. (Ukulovs V., Mass A., 2006)
Employee depends on three factors:
• Skills and abilities - the ability to carry out the activity;
• Resources - these are the materials, tools, equipment and information;
• Motivation - meaning any interest carry out the work
