In Texas usually the offender would be put to death via Capital Punishment where as in Massachusetts they would probably serve life in prison. Another solid example of this would be the old drinking age debate. A person must be twenty one years of age to consume alcohol in America, but pretty much anywhere else in the world you only have to be eighteen. This shows that everybody has a different interpretation of rules put in place by their society. A common argument to this in America is that one can be old enough to fight a war but not old enough to drink liquor.…
