I am employed as a management consultant to investigate motivation in “WARDROBES Ltd”. The Organisation had few problems with quality of its products. It was believed poor motivation was the main reason for these problems. Taking in the consideration the situation the management decided to give the task of investigating motivation levels among staff with a view to making recommendations for improving motivation and morale, hence productivity and profit.
