CONCLUSION
Widening participation is an important factor of getting people back to learning. Education is an important part of our economy, for our economy to succeed people need to be educated. Widening participation must involve everyone whether working or unemployed. Everybody must be given the chance to develop their skills. Widening participation must include learners who are still at school, they must be encouraged to learn and extra funds must be made available. The government is already working to raise standards in all schools.
