There are few debates in the internet and some books, where are opinions of some sciencists about what happened in 19th century, however, internet is full of all kind of discussions about Tasmanians between simple internet users and their opinions ar so different that sometimes it is hard to believe that it was written by a human.. So many opinions were supporting Aboriginal culture saying that British colonialists did the wrong thing and destroyed the whole culture and destroyed it not only unfairly, but also cruely. Others though say that there is not that much evidence about any kind of wars and that aborigines were calm, peaceful and undangerous and there is a great possibility that aborigines were agressive and acted recklessly. My personal opinion after studying all topics, debates, and internet materials is following: I think that British colonialists did very bad things to Aboriginal culture and Tasmanian island – they not only destroyed one culture, they also made it impossible to recreate this culture, because they have killed every Aborigine on island. I think that massacres and genocide was done in order to set up new houses or farms, because climate in Tasmania is very beneficial. So as far there are no any facts or evidences about what really happened, I will believe in that theory.…
