I think there are no winners or losers here. I say that because everybody is gaining something out of it. For example, the country giving the money would be always looked up on and they will always be in debt (not by money but as a favor) of that country because that country gave money to help out that developing country. And the countries getting the fund is a winner also because they are getting a chance to built their country and have a same eye contact level with other nation once its stabilized in the international status.…
