As for me, I prefer work at evenings. I am night owl. And for this reason, the most productive working time is around the 5 to 9 pm.
In conclusion it has to be said that, we can't ignore millions of years of evolution and disturb the work of body clocks or of hormone system. And now we can say in sure, that productive and successful mornings start with early wake-up. This habit is all about halting the procrastination and getting on with things!
