"Macbeth" by William Shakespeare
Since Macbeth is a warrior and a courageous fighter, one would think he was master of his own household. The funny thing is that it's Lady Macbeth who is in control, in the beginning at least. She controls him by making fun of him and ridiculing him till he listens. For example, "My hands are of your color but I shame to wear a heart so white" (Act 2, Scene2,
Line 66). But she doesn't just control him, she also has to be the brave one and help him get over his fear. "These deeds must not be thought. After these ways, so it will make us mad".
