Zeus, also known as Jupiter in Rome, was the supreme god of Olympians. He was the youngest son of six children of the Titans Kronus and Rhea. When Zeus was born, his father intended on swallowing him whole like he had with Zeus' other siblings: Poseidon, Hades, Hestia, Demeter and Hera. But Rhea hid Zeus away in a cave on Mount Dicte in Crete.
